The South Carolina Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) and the
South Carolina IDeA Network of Biomedical Research (INBRE) programs are pleased to announce the funding of
five Collaborative Research Program (2005) awards to stimulate National Science Foundation and National Institutes
of Health -related research in South Carolina.
The goal of this grant program is to build sustainable research clusters between institutions of
higher education in support of the NSF's and the NIH's strategic research areas, while simultaneously
supporting the respective goals of the South Carolina EPSCoR and INBRE programs.
